Narrow tailgate band clips

I got a great deal on a narrow band but it's missing the clips that attach it to the tailgate. Does anyone know of anywhere selling these?

I saw those, but wasn't sure if that's what I needed since those are screws and what I need is a bracket/clip with a bolt and nut on it. Guess I'll have to call and ask them. Thanks
