Someone is welding with flux core. And Ive heard that thornbirds dont like mud to much and plug up and dont self clean very good, whats your veiwpoint?

Ya flux core sux but it was free and at first I didn't like thorn birds but they wear nice on the highway. They are ok on clay but are good in deep mud. They arnt terribly loud. I Am running 38x14.5 on a 16 inch wide rim and I would buy them again but 38.5x16. They aren't boggers but you can use them daily for more then a month. Thank you for checking it out.

Yea, untill we get my dads snap-on running, im welding with a lincoln 110 w/ .025 Fluxcore.
The wires to damn small, i hate it, but it gets the job done.

Yea, we have a Big Stick also, we have a **** ton of rods for it, and we have a spot weld attachment for it. But ive never welded with stick, nor plan to learn any time soon. The lil wire feed gets the job done so far. I want a TIG.

I was a welders helper for 8months so I would learn to arc weld.
