So.. just went and bought the Matco plasma.
Does anyone know about this machine? Got it for a few hundred bucks. Seemed like a decent deal, inside looked clean as hell. Dude said he payment planned it for 2600 but doesn’t use it much. The machine seems to agree with that story.
I snagged it haven’t had much time to look at it too deeply. I use the Hypertherm ones usually. Since I left maintenance as a full time job I haven’t actually invested in one since the Hypertherm 1000. And it was…. Old. Lol.

So any info would be helpful, knowing Matco they have someone else make em. Anyone know who that would be? Any name brand Torches fit? I have some wiring to repair in my garage to get the 220 back up and running then I’ll test it out.
Will probably take the torch down and have it looked at for consumables.

Well appreciate the time y’all took to read this and thanks in advance.

Floating the wall on all my new electrical receptacles. Once I get it looking pretty I’ll plug all my stuff back in and run her.

Well might just add some dapp next to that receptacle, over cut it a bit. Could shim the box out a bit to split the difference, haven’t decided.
What might really happen is I ignore it because it’s in my garage covered by welders LOL.

Got the wall finished and the circuit wired up. Gotta get ready for work tho so the trial run will have to wait another day or three.

My buddy has that same Vulcan roller cabinet, it's a pretty nice unit.

Yeah, works perfect for housing consumables and rolling my little welder and plasma up to the project.
Holds a beer pretty good too!
There was some 30% off Vulcan Coupon on the webs. Once I seen it I looked up what options there were and went after it.
No complaints here!
Cut some cardboard as a little liner for the top and away she goes!
