I am currently restoring a 1986 c10. I’m mocking up the bags for the front suspension and noticed my lower ball joints don’t fit my spindles. I did some research and turns out I bought c20 lowers unknowingly off Facebook.

Is there any retrofit kits for ball joints that fit a c20 lower arm but c10 spindles?

Would rather not have to buy arms.

Thanks in advance

Not to my knowledge. The C20 arms are quite a bit different than C10 arms, I'd try to find C10 arms if I were you

Surprisingly the arms are the exact same the only difference is the size of the ball joint. But I think you are correct I will just have to buy arms, or get the spindles machined.

You are not restoring it if it didn't come new bagged. I'm building a 1966 Chevelle it's going to be pretty, and cool. But not original engine, transmission, rearend, ride height, brake system.battery, sound system, etc. So I'm not restoring a 66 Chevelle I'm building one. My dad's car we restored, original everything, down to the tar top battery. One of these cars is a restoration, one is not

Yea restore is was the wrong choice of words. Thought this was a square body forum not the grammar police. Either way doesn’t change my question

Oh really? For some reason I thought the arms were way different. Maybe I'm thinking of earlier ones
