I been talking to her via text. Dissemble, clean, change color of plastic, send out for re-webbing. $600. I won't be going that route for a daily driver.
Overall, doesn't seem that bad, though. I'd rather go that route than those jank chinese solutions on the interwebz. I'd probably wait to see if another solution popped up, though, such as OEM belts in the color you want going up somewhere as long as those were in good shape.

I have taken them apart, cleaned, lubed and put them back together before. I found a few (3) sites that re-web them. This one in particular https://www.safetyrestore.com/webbing-replacement, is likely the one TKCR is using based on $200 fee. I'm thinking, I will send them here and have new black or charcoal webbing installed. When I get them back, rather than painting the plastic black (which will show the tan underneath when they get scratched), I'll have my local LineX guy spray them black. It's what I used on my speaker box and the result is simply amazing. Since I'll be fabricating a custom center console, I had already planned on the LineX approach for most of that except for the upholstery parts. It would tie together nicely.

Update: Found an hour to work on the truck tonight. I reinstalled the fully welded seat bracket. Here's a great tip for those doing seat swaps and making brackets. I used the cardboard box the seats shipped in. I made a piece large enough to cover the footprint of the seat brackets. I used zipties to FIRMLY attach the cardboard to the bracket. Then I carefully placed the seats in the desired location. Once happy they were in the perfect position I just pressed down on them forcing the mounting studs thru the cardboard. Now you have a perfect template for locating and welding the mounting tabs to the bracket. That's all for now, carry on.

Update: @Old77
Seats are in. I couldn't be happier! One of the more satisfying restomod projects I've done. With the rebuilt 4500, 205, exhaust, and carpet kit, it's like a whole new truck! The seat bracket was a lot of tedious details to get the seats in the proper position. I built the bracket off the OEM bench seat brackets. NO additional holes in floor. You all be the judge. Thanks for following. Next up is a custom console to occupy all that prime real estate between the seats. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: @Old77
So, regarding the center console I was going to build. I was riding in my brothers 2015 Silverado the other day and noticed his factory console was exactly what I wanted to replicate for my project. So I took some measurements, did some research and discovered it fit the space between the buckets perfectly in all three dimensions. As nice as my interior has become, I decided to just find a factory console and bolt it in. So I got this bad boy (see pics) on the way. It's brand new, black cloth and leather. It's a jumpseat for the dog when needed but more importantly all that storage SPACE! Stay tuned for details on the install.

So it looks like you'll have a little more room around the steering wheel??
