Hello, on the rear of my 78 C10 there's some thin plastic shims hanging out of the sides of the leaf springs. After some research I see they are liners and I do see the material for sale to cut and put in. But I don't see any replacement kits for sale. I don't have the leafs apart yet but I will soon so I can clean up and paint. Should I replace the liners or not? I do not see them on LMC or any other site. And what keeps them from working out? Thanks.
