Leaf Spring hangers- Where to buy?

So I was doing some looking around under the truck because I had bought new bushings for the leaf spring shackles and eyelets and was eyeing up the disassembly.. Needless to say, after much closer inspection I figured out why the rear axle sits a little crooked under the truck because what I thought was causing it was the bushings being shot and letting the spring shackle sag and twist but I discovered that the left hand rear leaf spring hanger is twisted about 3/4" to 1" out of square and it is basically shoving the axle forward on the left side. I don't know where, when or how as its been that way since I bought it, but now I want to fix it. Looked around and it doesn't appear the truck has been hit as the only thing I can see is the hanger is bent so i'm assuming at some point in its life it was waaaaay overloaded. But a quick online search of a few places didn't come up with any good results for in stock parts. Anyone here ever come across a site to source these kinds of parts? Or have good luck with a pick and pull? I have a friend who's body shop has a frame machine but I just don't know if bending that hanger back is the right way to go? I feel a replacement would be the better option. But the usual LMC truck and rockauto and a couple big box parts stores didn't have much luck in a quick search. I am going to do some more looking today to see what I can come up with. But curious if anyone has found a good replacement online. And if so, how was the fit and finish. I would like to go back with a stock style hanger, and no I will not do a shackle flip with aftermarket brackets. Call me old fashioned or just let me have my feelings that it is a dumb idea for 90% of what these trucks do and are built for. Just not a fan. I feel the same about shackle flips as I do about "bro tires" on these trucks. Will post some pics later tonight as I forgot to take any when I was under the truck and I know how much everyone loves pictures. Thoughts on repair vs replacement?

Edit: forgot to mention I did find some in stock C/K 3/4 ton brackets but aren't sure if they are the same for a K30, can anyone confirm?

that's what I was afraid of, that they were different between 3/4-1 tons. still doing some looking around and might have a line on a set of K30 hangers.

Go new, its less hasell, it will be near impossible to unbend the one you have from what i imagine and it wont be as strong, if it bent some of the metal i probably stretched as well. Pics perhaps?
If it was me i would go with the LMC parts, there not to pricey and fit pretty good, unfortunatly they are not perfect as i found out some of the holes are drilled slightly out of place. They are stock fit so you dont have to worry about doing both of them like you would if you got an off road set. (I would carefully examine both) If the truck was overloaded it is highly likely something else is bent under there.

This is the only one I found online. Rockauto has the same brand but says out of stock. O'Reilly auto can also get them.

The first two pics posted if you look you can see how the upper shackle bolt on the right spring is just forward of the bottom hanger bolt but they are in line with each other, and nothing seems out of place. But then look at the left side and see how the upper shackle bolt is behind the hanger bolt and you can notice the twist if you're looking for it.

Now looking at them from underneath you can see how on the right side, the bolts are in line with each other and it is square. but then look at the left side bolts from underneath and that's when it becomes pretty obvious just how far out of square the left hanger actually is. One of my friends owns a fab shop and am considering just making a new set of hangers for the truck. I can find new ones for 1/2 and 3/4 tons but 1 ton spring hangers are mostly made from unobtanium. And can I trust 30-40 year old ones from a pick a part yard? And as stated before, just not a "shackle flip" guy. So I think my best bet is to let Frank have the truck to do some measuring and fabricate my own set and be done with it.

Trusting old ones from a junkyard is no different than trusting the old ones that are already on your truck to me. I would just go to a yard and get one. As long as it isnt too eroded it will be fine. 1 ton parts trucks arent that hard to find at all. They are abundant out here, you shouldnt have an issue.

I made a set of hangers for a shackle flip. Ran em a few years and then went 4 link. It’s not that hard to make em. I’m sure your buddy can do it no problem.

I would check to see if the shackle is straight first. Can you use a plumb bob to see which is out out line in relation to a bed rail?

I see that the shackle angles are different, but the shackle hangers don't appear to be at fault. Need to look at the springs and the front hangers.
