I installed this kit on my 86 k10 this weekend. Pretty straight forward install. The screws that tie lock the two rods together strip very easily, so take your time, or just live with one screw holding it to YOUR trucks rod. If it doesn't hold I'l slap some JBweld or Plas-T-Pair on it. I had to trim about 1 inch off the actuating rod that comes with the kit.
Now the only thing I don't like is the size of the key fob. We'll see if I can get used to it. Notice this kit was for a 4 door vehicle, so you will have two spare actuators and hardware.
