Cool Jeep, my neighbor across the street has a WWII Jeep and won't do anything with it, just sits there and won't get rid of it, what an *******..

Cool Jeep, my neighbor across the street has a WWII Jeep and won't do anything with it, just sits there and won't get rid of it, what an *******..
Well this one sits too. The engine is a 377. 360 with an offset ground 390 crank. Heads are completely reconfigured no rocker shaft ford exhaust valves Chevy intakes or vise versa I forget. Nailhead th400 with 400 1-2 kit. 4.88 gears spool out back. I think it scares him. Lol

Sounds like a fun ride, this one here is a 100% original and probably sat for 50yrs, at least it's inside and not out in the weather..

Nice. I knew it was a 7, I used to be jeep guy, but got tired of working on it every other week and I needed to be able to haul a little more.

Nice. I knew it was a 7, I used to be jeep guy, but got tired of working on it every other week and I needed to be able to haul a little more.

I bet if it has the 360, my old work truck had the great grand son of that engine (5.9) in the old 2001 Dakota, that son of a gun had some up and go.

I had 2.5 4 cylinder 99 wrangler and a 4.2 straight 6 carbureted, the 2.5 was a dog and the 4.2 was a smog nightmare.

This thing is between 450-500 crank hp with a worked over nailhead th400 and 4.88s, spool in the back and front. And it's a handful when you hit the loud pedal.
