I was reinstalling a transmission in a 2012 Silverado when my neighbor stopped by. He asked if I was keeping the truck. I said no, it was a flip. I already have a late model 2500. I pointed to a rusty White and Carmine red 1980 GMC by the side of my shop. No A/C and the factory radio probably died before hair metal was over. Even in the middle of the July heat, if I need to run an errand, most times I hop in it, roll the windows down, turn the vent window all the way in and hit the road. Why? Because they are just plain fun.
