Oh this was not just that belt. I wanted some valve cover gaskets, brake hoses, you name it, three weeks. Even taking 2-3 weeks for some seam sealer I bought and some toys we have bought along the way for my son.
It's better in the last say 2 weeks. It honestly is down to 1-2 weeks till an order arrives. Still crazy. They can't be 1-2 weeks behind processing orders. Cause that's the delay. It's not shipping. Once they get it to the shipping company they use it's here in the 2-3 day mark.
It seems us rural customers are being forgot about. From what I have heard folks in cities are having little delay. My buddy I think had stuff at worst a day or two behind the 2 day period. Heck I get that at any normal time usually. And I say I am rural, I am. But I am not like Dakota's, or Montana rural!! I'm three hours from Charlotte, Three hours From Atlanta, three hours from Charleston, an hour from Augusta, hour and a half from Greenville and Columbia. ALL of these cities have Amazon warehouses that stock some portion of their merchandise (certain facilities will focus on certain things like clothes, house wares or auto parts I have noticed. That's not all they will have but they will have more of one type category than others it seems). And the huge cities are major shipping and airline hubs for delivery.
