Depends on how well your motor is tuned and last time you did a tune up. With 33s what gears do you have? OD transmission? Adding custom bumpers and a winch will add weight thus creating more rolling resistance which makes the engine work harder suffering in MPG And other things.

Do you know how to check what you are actually getting? Your driving a big @$$ brick of a vehicle, don't worry about the MPG's!!

But that is a terrible question only you know the fuel economy you can have tow of the same trucks with the same motor size tire size gears and they will still be diffrent

When I owned a completely stock 95 Suburban 350 TBI iit got 11 average - that was about 75% city 25% highway. I'd say a lifted K5 won't do any better than that, if not worse. I'm grateful I have no idea what my MPG is since my odo/speedo are wrong and the gas gauge doesn't work.

It's all over the board...

My 87' 1/2 ton with the TBI 305 and 700R4 got 17 highway, 13 city. 3.08 gears.
My 84', 1/2 ton with the TBI 305 from the 87' and a TH350, 10 city, 10 highway. 3.08 gears.
My 88' 3/4 ton with 6.0L LS and 4L80E, 14 city, 18-19 highway. 4.10 gears.

The one you'd expect to get the worst mileage does the best (though the modern powertrain helps!)

1 ton crew dually with the 454/TH400/4.10s gets a whopping 6-7mpg city. Maybe 10 highway. I can squeeze 1-2 extra mpg out of it using ethanol free gas, maybe a bit more if I baby the crap out of it and stay waaaaay out of the secondaries. Oh and running Berryman's B-12 seems to make the gas last a bit longer too. But 6mpg is about my average.

One good stomp getting onto the freeway eats up every bit of fuel savings I may have had though... but its worth it!
