How do I get into the buy/sell section??

I know this isn't the correct place but what do I need to do to be able to use the buy/sell?? When I go there it should at least tell me something. All I can do is look around. Thanks.

If you are looking to buy something, I don’t think it’d be offensive to post a WTB thread. The rule exists so people don’t join the forum to start spamming all their goods right off the bat.
