Hey y'all. I need help identifying an under hood part. Just under the red heater bypass hose. I believe it's emissions related, but my Chiltons has been useless to me in figuring it out. Maybe a valve? Has power and two inlets/outlets but no corresponding hoses I can find to hookup. '84 305 California emissions.
