Welcome from Georgia!

That's one purty ride!

I'd get WeatherTech mats (if it were me). No clue on tailgate tho.

:welcome: from Northern IL! Nice looking truck! Personally I'm going to use NHOU for my undercoating once I get some things fixed.

Thanks! I've had good experience with WeatherTech. Unfortunately they don't seem to offer a custom fit mat for this vehicle, perhaps due to the variable nature of floor-mounted levers?

Now this has got me excited! I'm already looking into getting a DIY setup. I'm kind of surprised there's no shop in town offering this service already, given it's 1/3 the cost of Ziebart.

@TubeTruck Thanks for pointing me towards NHOU. I ordered the basic DIY kit plus a foam gun and degreasing/anti-corrosive soap (bug and tar formula) from Chemical Guys to help with prep. Both orders just came in today, so I must now find a warm-enough space with a vehicle lift to do the work. Not a moment too soon, as temps are supposed to drop under freezing tonight.
Fingers crossed that the soap I got will do the job cleaning the underbody; I didn't order NHOU's anti-brine/salt solution, and I hope this does not come back to bite me.

I just had the pleasure of acquiring a '77 Suburban. She's a recently-restored former border patrol truck from AZ.

She's all in factory-like condition (updated transfer case, '88 interior) and I want to update the audio without compromising the vintage function and feel of the OEM head.

her body is in real good shape!
