Hello,

picked up my 87 in 2016, she got a couple of updates and has been a solid daily driver. Most recently I’ve decided to have her repainted in the same color and scheme. The roof and bed were the worst off. Friend of mine runs a small paint shop and is very busy so has to work her in when he has time. Next week they will finish the lower cab and front. Also gave her some sound deadening, carpet, visors and new upholstery.

Our trucks have a real similar color scheme. I’m jealous of that seat (and the fact that your getting hooked up with new paint).

Sound deadening made a big difference for me. I did sound deadening paint, peel ply (similar to dynamat) and the sound/heat insulation as a last step seen below.
