I joined a few months ago and have been slowly making my way through the boards. Wanted to say thanks to you all. This place is a wealth of information. Found you all because I finally pulled the trigger on a truck back in October- '87 K10 Long bed. Nothing fancy and definitely needs some loving but I'm not getting any younger and squares aren't getting any easier (or cheaper) to obtain. Pretty sure the 3/4 clutch is smoked. My first 'real' project vehicle. Brown liquor and bad decisions always lead me to these situations. Ha! Again, some really good info available here.

Thanks again for sharing. I'm going to need it.

Thanks for the welcome. Like I said, she ain't pretty but she's mine. Cab corners and rockers are typical but not as bad as they could be. Bedsides were replaced before I bought her. Seat and dash are also most likely aftermarket. And yes, she needs a bath. Tail lights work. Haha.

That's the question. It's tagged and titled with regular plates. Might be an inspection nightmare but I'll cross that bridge when it doesn't rl at 26 mph. No tach but it's getting pretty fast.
