Headers for a 454 in lowered c10?

Best header option for an 82. C10 with a BBC? I am open to long tube or shortys.

I put headers for a '68-up Nova on mine. Longtubes. They tuck up in the frame.

We just put a set of long tubes on our truck designed for a '68 to '72 Camaro/Chevelle/Nova.
Some minor clearance for the ZBar for the clutch was all that was needed.
Heated it with the torch and put a nice smooth dent into the pipe.

Drivers side that needed a touch with the hammer.

I just went out and took the photos under the truck.
You can see the headers are higher up in the truck than the suspension crossmember in front of them.
Since these were the tester set of headers, we used some cheap flex pipe to connect the headers to the exhaust. One day we will put a proper crossmember in there that is made to pass the dual exhaust easily, this will do until then.

Going from straight across the chassis you can not see them or the exhaust.

That's about how they fit on both of my trucks too.
