Hello, looking to hear some header, recommendations. 1985 k20 with 350, with summit 195cc aluminum heads, haven’t picked a cam out yet but going for hydraulic roller. I’ve been looking at headman 69230 or 69092. Curious as to what the difference between these headers are besides angle/straight plug clearance. Performance, sound, clearance? Going to be using the truck as an off-road, mud truck, going for 300+ hp hopefully. Thanks

The 69230 headers fit fantastic and kinda tuck up in the frame nicely. However, they are kinda hard to install (I had to remove my starter to get the right side in) and you may run into shift linkage clearance with an auto trans. You can simply tweak and adjust the linkage, or swap to an aftermarket shifter.

The 69092 headers are a breeze to install. However, they hang a bit low and tend to rub on the front spring shackles.
