I belive the OP is asking if anybody has used either of the two paint sprayers he mentioned to paint wheels or other parts. I personally have not and am not familiar with the sprayers. I would suggest looking at the information provided by the manufacturer regarding compatability and capability to spray oil based enamel and follow whatever instructions they offer.
all the painters I know said don't use airless sprayers for auto paint. when I ask why they said tip sizes and paint atomization. don't know, but I took their advice. inexpensive HVLP auto paint guns are widely available. highdesertranger
