Fuel pressure regulator

Looking for a recommendations for fuel pressure regulator for my 1977 GMC C15 stock 350 engine, mechanical fuel pump, and edelbrock 1906 AVS2 carb. Using one currently that doesn’t seem consistent. Set it at 4.5 and it seems to fluctuate between 3.5 and 6.5 - less than 1 yr old. Thoughts?

The cheap pressure regulators suck. I run an edelbrock for mechanical fuel pumps with return line and added a pressure gauge. Works good.

Thanks for the recommendation - currently running this one from summit - https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-g3032b I don’t have a return line so I just plug one of the out lines.
