Factory stripe kit.

Is there a company out there that reproduces the factory stripes on the two tone trucks? I love the look and want to retain these stripes when it comes time to repaint my 87 GMC High Sierra 4x4 project.

This is what I'm referring too. It's the red stripe at the top of the black painted section of the truck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.

I don't think anyone makes the factory type stripes, but I hope someone proves me wrong.

They aren't very hard to replicate, with the exception of the front fender stripe. People get that wrong most of the time. Often with too wide of a curve at the leading edge where the stripe turns down, or they have the stripe staying level and following the sharp body crease (factory has it sloping downward slightly, following the gentle curve of the fender top).

Alright, thanks. I wasn't for sure and having a hard time finding any kits out there. I'll have to talk to the body shop or maybe auto graphics people to figure something out when the time comes.

Yes, the guy is a neighbor and square owner himself. He also has a graphics biz. He did end up registering here because we were looking for a decal maker for the supporting members. I'll have to see if I can find his ID and tag him. I'll send him a message on FB PM to see if he made any more.
