My question is from the evaporator switch we see a light green wire. That goes to the fast idle solenoid.

Is that the choke on my carburetor. if it is can I join that with a 12 v wire that i will be running from some where that comes on when the truck is on?

Also Those numbers, 59, 66, are those fuses or just junctions?

thank you

No it is not the choke on your carburetor. Those numbers correspond with the electrical circuit numbers. I don't see any symbols for a fuse on that illustration

The fast idle solenoid would be mounted on the carburetor, and it has a plunger that pushes on the linkage and raises the idle when the A/C compressor is engaged. My '75 A/C wiring diagram does not show the solenoid, so I just need to have the idle set high enough to idle okay when the A/C cycles on.

Most of the numbers on the diagram just identify junctions and wiring. Its supposed to make it easier to follow the diagrams, but its often very confusing.

The numbering of wires on my '75 diagram is different than your diagram. For example, in my diagram an "18 DG-19" wire would be an 18 gauge Dark Green wire connected to terminal/plug #19. My guess is that yours is some type of metric spec for the wire gauge, and this is probably the mapping.
5 Red - 10 gauge
1 Black - 16 gauge
.8 Orange - 18 gauge

so the lt green wire number 66, if i run that to the fast idle solenoid, would it still work if i joined that with a 12v wire running to it? to power that solenoid? or could it take the place of the 12v wire.

i figured out that i need an idle stop solenoid on the side of my carburetor. this wire runs to that and not to the electric choke. thank you
