Hey guys. I figured Id start reassembling my 6.2L after tearing it down to the long block and swapping out a piston. VERY first thing I do is, of course, torque down the cap on the new rod. I then decide Id better try turning the motor over to make sure its ok. Its locked up tight. So I pull off the cap, turn it around, reassemble it, don't even torque it down yet, and its still locked up. So I take off the cap again, spray the bearings down with WD-40, put the cap back on loosely, turn the motor over 360* to make sure its well lubricated, tighten it down without torqueing, and its still stuck. WTF??!!
