Do I have a column or cluster problem??

New to the forumrestoring a 79k10 my problem is ... My brights indicator in my cluster are stuck on along with the turn signal lights and not all the lights work(all bulbs replaced) wen I bought the truck the turn signals worked and that was it I took cluster apart to polish the lens and replace bulbs now having the above problems is this an issue with the actual cluster ?? Also the wiring harness that plugs into the cluster (with all the prongs on both sides) all those prongs on both sides do not have power wen tested with a light tester wen key is in on position... Should they?? Thanks for any help!

Check the blinker relay or flasher under the dash on the fuse box
