Ordered a new crankshaft for my grandson’s F250 from Crankshaft Supply and paid $$$ to have it shipped FedEx 2-day. Saw that it was coming via truck when I tracked it. Sent an inquiry via E-mail. Received an immediate response, appology, and full refund for the shipping! Nice to see some businesses still believe in customer service.
