I snapped a stud on my upper control arm on the road and lost my shims and that one convex rectangular washer/spacer. Can I use any type of round convex-type spacer or do I have to spend $12 for one measly spacer at LMC? I realize they allow the shaft to pivot so it seems anything will do but I don't wanna sabotage my control arm either.

Yeah man, that's exactly where I ended up finding them. I took all the spacers and shims that old rust bucket had to make it worth my while.
There ya go..:waytogo::cheers:
