cab differences

can anyone tell me the difference between the 73 - 80 cabs and the 81 - 87 cabs. I was looking at the LMC catalog and saw this trim http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cc/full.aspx?Page=94. it is similar to the trim already on my 85. and was curious if it would fit

Why not just order the one that fits your cab?

The rear cab trim is different in style and geometry details, so it's best to order the one intended for your model year range.
