C10 in the uk

Just purchased my first chevy here in the uk
It's origionally from Vallejo in California
It's a 1973 Shortbox C10 350 auto

Plans are to lower it
Nice wheels
And a propa rear bumper to start with...

No idea about the rear bumper but I'm not keen on it so it'll get swapped for a proper rear bumper soon

Yeah it was quite hard to find a 'shortbox' here
They're either long bed or stepside it seems and not many of the mid 70's trucks over here at moment

I can't wait to get it lowered to start with

sounds pretty sweet, not sure what kit to use I am a lifted 4x4 guy but my buddy is a lowered 2WD guy ill text him and see what he used his truck has been together for about 15 years now.

my buddy has had a bell tech lowering kit in his truck for about 15 years and has had no issues with it.

however that was a long time ago so if I were going to buy I would definitely shop around and make sure I was getting the most for my money

It's an awesome truck! I've got the same one, probably from the same factory lol 37810 are the last 5 on the vin ... And I was born in the UK ... What a coincidence ... Lol
