Brothers Truck is now Holley.com

I’m sure y’all have already seen but brothers truck was acquired by Holley. Website totally changed. Free shipping over $100 ( maybe LMC will take a hint?) talked to a few employees yesterday over a warranty on a vent window which they gladly made right! The employees think the acquisition is going to be great for both employees and customers.
We canceled a part of a LMC order and bought through Brothers for the free shipping. Some of the YouTube videos seem to have improved in quality as well recently

I tried to order something through brothers one but did some research and found that brothers didnt have the best reputation for taking care of customers. I cancelled my order due to the amount of negative things people were saying. I order from Holley often so lets hope things change. Brothers can be an excellent source for Square Body fans.

In my relatively short time on the marble I have found that the consolidation of companies is rarely, if ever, a boon for the consumer. I mean just look at telecom/cable/etc. After hearing some of the customer service issues with Holley as of late, I'm hopeful this will be the exception to past experiences with acquisitions. I do find it a plus the website is looking/performing much better overall.

Dave Welch who does their YouTube how to videos is a pretty good guy for tech questions. Just seems like the parts I have needed lately, they didn’t have.

Maybe they will, but not holding my breath. I ordered some parts from them a couple weeks ago, after they joined Holley. I close to two weeks with no shipping notice. Finally sent them a message asking them to cancel my order. Never got a reply, but my parts showed up two days later.

In case anyone still thinks that this merger was a good idea go ahead and try to call the customer service number, LOL. It doesn't even ring!! I've tried repeatedly over the last two days during their listed operating hours and you get nothing but straight to disconnected.

Calling that number as it is the only one I can find on either site. Doesn't even ring just disconnects...… No chat function on either site either. One road in, one road out and it seems to be under construction currently, unless my cell is just retarded.

I used that phone number on July 27, and talked to a rep about the Hooker exhaust manifolds that @SquareRoot posted about. Turns out that some of the coated manifolds are still in stock, but not the plain cast finish. He said there were 33 orders in the queue, and yes they will be making them. I'm number 34 now.

Looks like I have to walk that back just a bit. Seems that my cell will not Wi-Fi on the network extender for the garage. Still sat on hold for 40 minutes before I talked to someone though and they couldn't even answer the question and I had to call Summit to get it sorted and ordered.
