Body Lift HELP!!!

I have a 1983 Chevy K20 with a 6.2L turbo diesel. I want to install a 2 inch. Body Lift on it. The only company I found that makes body lifts for the square bodies is Performance Accessories. I found the kit that fits a 1983 Chevy K20 but it says it will not fit my truck because I have the 6.2 diesel. Any thoughts? how can a body lift fit the exact same truck with a 5.7 but not fit if it has a 6.2?? really needs some help here, any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Not real sure. Could be that the engineers just didn't test it on a 6.2 model and it might work just fine. The body mounts and all should be the same.

It might have something to do with raising the radiator up and not getting proper airflow to the engine. 6.2's have cooling issues as it is.
