Hi All, I was wondering if anyone recognizes this roll bar as fitting a K5 Blazer. I’m waiting for some measurements back from the seller, but just interested if someone might see some identifying mounting characteristics.
Thank you!

Hi Craig,
I’m thinking it’s for a later blazer (maybe) because of the way the front mounts look. I’m only guessing but they look like they would mount to the floor and the raised area.
I will try and look-up some CJ pictures as 78c noted it may be from a CJ.
Do the jeeps have a floor that raises up like the later blazers?
Thanks all.

Looks like its for a jeep cj or yj as said by 78c10bigten. IIRC the only Blazers that had a roll bar were the 73-75 full top Blazers. They looked like this...

The back portion of this cage I believe is the original...

mounted like this but in front of the rear wheel well... obviously without the lower crossbar.

Looking at it closer, the part on the wheel well should be on the floor and the other parts on the wheel well.

I've got a factory '73-'75 roll bar I can take some pictures of. That style should fit a '78-later K5 if the front legs are modified to fit the dropped floor.

The late 70's and early 80's K5's could also have an optional rear roll bar. It mounted back by the tailgate.
