so I’ve been prepping the cab on my 83’ K20 for new carpet and speaker wiring.
After pulling the bench seat and the remains of the old carpet and padding I was inspecting the underside of my seat and noticed that the driver side slider track is broken. The seat had never slid properly, so this was the issue. Does anybody carry a replacement track assembly?
Does anybody have a working track assembly they would sell me?

I wonder how the heck that even happened?

If you want to save a little money, the track could be disassembled and the broken rail welded back together.

I’m going to take the whole thing apart tomorrow and see about doing exactly that. Worst case scenario I can cut a small piece of steel and fix it to the bottom of the track either with a couple spot welds or a couple self tappers.

I may have a set of tracks. Will look when I get home from work in the morning, if you are interested.
