I figure I had everything else, why not get a plasma cutter. I use everlast products and
never had a problem so I continue to use EVERLAST. Im in love with the new design of
the 255EXT. (tig machine) but i'll wait till mine goes out LOL. If I thought I would have
problems with this machine I would never have got it. Here is PART 1. Please leave a like
and or comment. THANKS!!!!!

P.S. DO NOT BUY CHEAP PLASMA CUTTERS. I don't I have to tell you why.:uhoh2:

Everlast is one of the odd brands from China that ROCKS! I love my 255EXT too. I don't have a plasma yet.
But I'll admit I'm temped by the really cheapo ones out there. Some are so low priced they could be worthwhile for even just a few jobs..
But I'll look forward to your actual run down if you would be so kind. Work it and let us know...

Trust me it will get worked. I watched videos of folks pulling out new cheap plasma cutters right out the box and sometimes they work sometimes they dont, or they plug them in to give a demo and then it stops working during the demo LOL. I had the same thoughts as you, Spent close to $900 anyway.

Which model, the little stinker 50amp? They cost $900 up here as well... that's strange.

we have had a big large nice full blown plasma cutter.. with a big tall argon tank with a weird guage with like balls in it or something? that i still have never used,, not once, ever..

And we have this setup/machine/tank etc for like 8 years now, in the shop, hmm.. it just sits in the corner next to the arc welder and mig wlders and etc and i dunno anything about it at all.. i never even touch it.. lol..

except maybe to move it a little out of the way, in order to get the arc welder out.. because large 6011 or 6013 rod are all i have ever known how to do,,,,

or the oxy/acet torch... or the 'brazing' tip and brazing rods.

i cant mig weld,, and i cant plasma cut.. no idea how to either one of these..

No video yet. I will say this machine KICKS A$$

I did some stick welding last week with my 255... 7018 1/8"... very nice! You know how wire feed can make an inexperienced welder
look good? Well this was about the same.
