The bearings You can hear across the room can last another 15 years or so as long as the cage is in good shape I had a roller bearing in a 4 speed square body that howeled for 3=4 years and only reason it went out is cage went bad and balls started rubbing each other, I don't know how many years it was bad before I got the tr but do know I drove truck 6 days a week with 1 ton on it half the time.
