I need any ideas for re connection my Speedo behind the cluster I’ve thrown 2 wrenches and have givin up for the night help me please got to be a truck. It’s like it is not lining up idfk

The cable is driven by a square drive on each end. (Usually) if they aren't completely lined up, once you push it in, and go for a drive, it'll pop into place.

If your patient and somewhat flexible, you can lay on your floor, snake your arm up behind the dash and hook up & unhook the speedo cable. I've done it a couple of times, you just have to depress the clip a bit that holds the cable housing in place. If you can feel the end of the cable start into the speedo, just grab the cable a bit further back where it's more accessible and shove it toward cluster, it should snap in.
