8th Annual Square Body Farm Gathering Richmond Indiana

August 4-5 is the eighth annual GM truck extravaganza. Roughly 500 square body trucks on one side of the fairgrounds and Midwest Truck Nationals on other side. Anyone interested? Maybe camp? Maybe drink boatload of beer? Lots of trucks, really nice event. Ps Bucket, no kid getting married this year!!

I have toyed with hosting a small gathering at my farm. Have 230+ acres, bordered on three sides by Game Dept, Forest service and DNR land. Great off road, drive till you run out of gas and never hit blacktop.

Just a reminder, less than a month away now. I plan on being there all weekend with the crew cab and hopefully one other truck too. @RetroC10Sport Jay you want to make a family visit trip out of it? @TubeTruck Dennis how's things looking this year? I know you're a bit farther away now. @Shorty81 Darren you still have no weddings to attend, right? Lol.

Also, a friend of mine should be coming with his C30 and possibly another friend as a spectator.

Oh yeah, @Ken B chance you will be there? And I know it's a long shot, but @towjoe maybe you can pull away from work?

The show is my wife's birthday weekend. I do not know if I will attend.
Oh a brighter note. I am Trying to finish all the little things to try and fire up engine and get truck running. There may be a light at the end of the tunnel

dozens of things to do...dont remember undoing that much.. installed(temp.) instrument cluster...loomed wiring,,,,,mounted starter,,,,,install flywheel shroud....installed carb....worked on some grounds.....then had to do some yard work.....might be able to jump on it later....old man wears down faster than he used to....
