89 burb bushing washers

Hi and thanks in advance. Got an 89 suburban, replacing the body mounts. I have a tailgate. My rear body mounts are so bad so I am replacing. I got the performance energy bushing kit but of course, it does not come with the hardware with this. Im supposed to reuse the factory bolts and washers however they're gone. Anybody know what bolts and what type of washer, especially the top one, I should use?

part 32 is where i'm concerned, i know i could just buy it but i already have the energy suspension kit. Any advise on a homemade solution for the washer on top with the sleeve inside. I feel like a hardware store would have what i need. Also any specs on the bolts would be great.

IIRC, The bolts are just a carriage bolt that is tack welded to the floor. Can't say about the washer/tube size, they were gone on the one I had apart.

I didn't fix mine the right way, I just wanted to keep the body from sagging so the barn doors would clear the bumper. I just used some hard rubber blocks and put a bolt through them to hold them in place.

If you just get some steel tube that fits in the bushing (cut to length of course) and a large fender washer for the tops, it should be fine.
