So for the last week or so, the fuel gauge has been acting kinda weird. When you first start the truck the gauge will only got to about 1/4 tank. After driving it for a while it will go up to the correct reading, and function normally for the duration of the drive. It does this consistently. Usually takes about 10-15 minutes of driving. At first, I thought the float may be sticking, but once you turn the truck off, and come back later it does the same thing. I usually fill the tank when it gets to the halfway mark, so the tank rarely gets below half. I replaced the fuel pump assembly about six weeks ago, and everything was normal until this started. I'm starting to suspect the gauge itself. Anyone have any other thoughts or input?

Turned out to be the gauge itself. Put in an extra I had, and problem solved.
