As Im still gathering all my parts for my 87 GMC conversion. I am relocating my gas tank to the rear frame of the truck. I am removing both side tanks. I want the extra weight on the rear and not the sides .

A forum member here has a 90 suburban gas tank that he is delivering to me. I have read that these will bolt right up. Is this true? I do know there will have to be modifications, but im fine with that.

Who has relocated there tank. Pics would be great also.

Will this tank hang down low??

There is no "bolting up" at all. You have to move cross members. And route filler hoses etc.
