83 suburban ac hoses

My 83 k2500 suburban ac lines have been changed at some point, im not sure if there was a leak in the rear system or the original front lines that split off to the rear were bad and there just wasnt a replacement. Either way I can just use the line I have but it would be nice to have the rear system working. Is there anyone that knows where I can get a proper Y line that splits from the front to the rear?
