Drove the truck the other day to haul off some trash. As I was braking and turning into our road, it felt like the passenger side front tire was skipping across the pavement. After I got straightened out, it felt like that tire was grabbing and trying to hold the truck back. Then it would release for a bit, and then grab again for a second or so. I jacked up that side and couldn't find any up and down or side to side wobble. Also spun the wheel with the hub locked and unlocked. I didn't feel any major resistance. A little tighter with the hub engaged but I expected that. Any ideas? Truck is stock suspension, nearly new 31's on stock 8" wheels. Only major change has been from 8" rallys that I've had for several years to 8" plain wheels, that I don't know the history of.
