77 C10 cab work

When I got this truck it didn’t the outer rocker backing plates (?) or inner rockers. They were apparently rusted off.
I installed a new outer rocker on the LH side.
The first image below shows the outer rocker installed with the outer rocker support (? If that’s what it’s called) semi in place.

I also have piece #11 (below #10) in the below pic.

My question is, I don’t really know where these pieces go.
Does the inner/outer rocker support sit the way my first pic shows?
Does it need to go tighter to the outer rocker?
Where does piece #11 fit?

Ah, so I don’t need parts 9, 10, & 11...
I just need the one that would replace what I’m missing.

Should the side floor brace sit flush to the top of the cab support channel that it sits on top of?
