So my 700r4 drive gear appears to be green, except, green isn’t a 700R4 drive gear option. Who can tell me what I actually have?

Green is an option and should be 15 tooth. Best option to know for sure is mark a tooth and count

Green is an option on 700r4? I’m not showing that. I’m showing 15 teeth is grey. I’m thinking mine is blue 18 tooth but faded due to age?

Yes, gear colors can fade. Your truck is 39 years old. Could easily have a trans swapped from something else. Block the front wheels, jack up one rear wheel. Trans in neutral, mark one tooth, spin the driveshaft with your hand and count the teeth just like @MarineOne stated.

It wasn't an option factory but being nearly 40 years old it could had been swapped at some point

Drive gears from th350 and 4l60 fit and a green 15 tooth was common in th350
