Selling a 1994 2WD NV4500 with bell housing, flywheel, and clutch. also Royal Purple fluid for it.

the transmission code is 15960760 GXB

came out of my 1986 c10. was behind a 454. had issues with 5th gear. replaced it with a th400. fixed the 5th gear issue and dont need the Transmission anymore.

Those transmissions are pretty particular about the fluid they use. Anything other than the factory chevy or dodge fluids tends to cause issues. If you were running the 75-90 in it, you're probably lucky that you only had the 5th gear problem.

unsure of what fluid was in it when the problem started.

i only had the truck for a week before the 5th gear went out on me. i planned on fixing it then decided to go with the th400.

i read all about people saying what fluid you should use in them and many people claimed to have good luck with RP that is why i purchased it. if someone buys it they are welcome to use what ever fluid they want but they can have this fluid if they want. its 100 bucks worth of fluid that i have no use for.
