Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has ran into this before. I can't find any good info when searching. The new front springs are listed as 2" drop springs. The pic with the arrows shows where the top of the coils line up (pics are upside down). Look at the other end and see where the coils end up, they are nowhere close. I did manage to get them in but don't like how they sit in place. I put the end of the lower in the same position as the originals, just covering the hole in the A arm. They do fit in the top "D" pocket but just doesn't seen right. Also while still jacked up under the cross member with the load lifted, you can grab the lower part of the spring by hand and yank it out of the pocket, I'm curious as if this will happen on the road. My A arms are stock and stock spindles also. Anyone ran into this? I do come across a lot of strange issues.

You're wayyyyy overthinking this. It won't hurt a thing once weight is on it, line up the lower pigtail in it's pocket and send it. I cut my stock springs, they're short enough that they shift any time I jack the truck up. Once I go over a couple bumps, I might hear a *spoing* and that's just the spring re-seating/shifting back to where it wants to be. Nothing to worry about.

What Hucked said. They might move around a little. Won't hurt anything. You'll be fine.
