Since my 82 GMC 1 ton has zero emissions controls and the 91 Chevy the engine is out of had only an EGR valve...
What would I need to do beyond just capping the vacuum line and installing a block off plate? Would I need to have the computer chip reprogrammed? The valve is just vacuum operated, no wires connect to it.
Not in California or anywhere where anyone cares about this.
If it gets more MPG deleting the EGR then I'll do it.
