1989 1 Ton Cab on 1973 C10 Frame

Both Cabs seem very similar.

1989 Cab is in great shape

Original 1973 Cab is rough.

I’d like to keep the truck a 73 but would like to use the 89 Cab. What problems will I encounter? Is this even possible? Thanks for any information.

Of course it's possible, practical, IDK.I do hope someone chimes in that's tried but if not you will have to decide all on your own if you have the space, tools, and Fab skills to pull both cabs and Fab frame mounts if neccesary.
