1987 C10 Spark Plug Gap?

Used the search bar but trying to figure out what spark plug gap is right for my 1987 R10, 350, with edelbrock fuel injection?

I use .035 your probably going to get answers of .045 do some research and see your pros and cons and pick your poison.

I'm using Edelbrock Pro Flo 4. It requires a MSD Blaster coil or equivalent. I also run Vortec heads. Factory plugs for Vortec heads use a .060 gap. I use a .060 gap and it runs fine. Point is if you have a high output ignition go as big as you can. Gas quality, compression ratio and other factors can affect it. .045 is a good compromise.

Reading material to help you understand some of the different reasoning for different gaps. There are actually more variables,but these are good enough for government work.
