1985 wipers
When you turn the ignition on the wipers cycle three times and go back to park. They will work on low and high when the knob is twisted. Any idea?

Does the truck still have the intermittent wiper electronic box connected. If so it maybe the problem. Its at the base of the steering column , under the dash. You can bypass it by unplugging the cables from it and plugging them together. If it's the problem good luck finding a new one.
